In Luton center, 10 minutes by car from the Luton Airport. The hotel is also a Pub with a restaurant and a nice terrace. There is a free garage. Free Wi-Fi is available. Room was quiet and nicely decorated. Better value that an anonymous hotel airport.

Too close from a main road with some traffic. Hotel difficult to find with a GPS because there is no street number in the address.

Clean and comfortable rooms - Aircon a bonus. The home-made pizza from the restaurant was huge and the cooked breakfast was excellent.

Access to car park was via a rough track road - not obvious when trying to find the hotel.

    close location to the train/bus station (5 min walking); clean rooms; daily room cleaning; nice personnel;

a better breakfast (must offer the possibility for more foods to chose from; eg. must give more fruits, more salads) - do not eat the black pudding since it has nothing to do with the "english breakfast"....Also, an all-inclusive offer (with three meals a day) would be a great idea !!!

The hotel looked good - I liked feel of the room.

The hotel was convenient for the town centre, but the area did not feel safe at night. It was classed as a gastro hotel, but the menu was not very extensive and the food very basic. There wasn't even real coffee served at breakfast - just Nescafe.

Everything was great but the most important and most value "thing" in this hotel are recepcionists. They are most helpful person I have ever meet in any hotel (I was in over 20 countries and in over than 90 hotels all over the world). One more time thank You very much for Your help with traveling , with Your help with earlier and faster check in, for brilliant breakfast , etc.Climate inside and decor are also impressive. If I come back to England for sure I will stay there.

Our stay at Leaside was great. The staff were very warm and helpful. The decor and attention to detail throughout the hotel was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing! The four person room was a little small for our family.

We stayed in one of the new rooms and it was very spic and span. The airco completely silent.

The bed squeecked enormously, even turning around made a lot of noise.

Our room was really nice, with dark wood floors high ceilings and plenty of windows. The location was also convenient for everything.

The hotel was next to a busy road and the windows were not double glazed. This made it impossible to sleep past 8 o clock. The walls within the hotel were also very thin as you could hear staff/ guests in the hallway in the mornings as well so much so that you could hear their conversation clearly. I loved our room but because it was so noisy and impossible to sleep I would not return.

Good central location. Communal rooms finished to a high standard

There was a funny smell in the stairway. Dusty lamps. Very good quality hotel but not to boutique hotel standard

Very well situated, very close to the Luton central train station (a bit more than 300 meters though). The room was beautiful, clean, stylish, maybe not too big but big enough for a couple who only needs to sleep / rest and freshen up / take a shower, the garden was very relaxing, ideal for a small rest accompanied by a cold beer / cup of tea (especially at nights), the award winning restaurant was excellent, the free parking facility was a huge plus, staff was very helpful and polite. Will definitely visit again when i go back to Luton.

Just one thing, the wooden floors within the room creaked a lot so i woke the wifey up a couple of times at night and this also made me worry about waking up the poor people staying in the room just below us. Apart from that, everything about this little hotel was P-E-R-F-E-C-T!

The breakfast was excellent the location was near to all ameanities staff very friendly and helpful the room was spacious and clean tastefully decorated it was a very relaxing stay I loved the decor of the hotel

the toliet system needs looking at once flushed. Water still trickled through which made a noise all night that kept my partner awake the noise was not loud but very annoying especially in the dead of the night

  • Family with children

I like the hotel style - classic English, nice terrace, lots of flowers, lovely breakfat rom with the conservatory.

    The breakfast was freshly cooked.

The staff were completely incompetent, it took over 15 mins to check-in because the room key was missing. The room was too small to accomodate us and our small overnight suitcase and the bathroom was a badly designed disaster - avoid room 113! The noisy generator outside the window meant we had to keep the windows closed to block our the sound.

I was very pleased with the Hotel and the location. Our room was nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. The Hotel has an old charm and was pefect for romantic gataway. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Their restaurant makes good pizzas. I would recommend Leaside Hotel.

The only downside would be the noise of the train tracks and the busy road outside. But it didnt disturb sleep by any means.

It was suited to purpose - an overnight stay to visit friends
